 We are 10 months old.
We are a neutered female and neutered female.
We need an adult only home.
 We cannot live with dogs.
We cannot live with other cats.
We need a home with a safe garden.

Magic and Phoebe were rescued from a rubbish and recycling centre with their two other siblings.

They were part of a large group of mostly feral stray colony cats that were being neutered and returned to the site where the workers there had already provided shelter and food.

Magic and Phoebe, Delilah and Puffin are siblings who were part of the recycling centre colony. The two pairs are still in our care and all live together.

Magic and Phoebe arrived at the shelter as very small kittens who were very uncertain of people. Over time, this has begun to shift, with Phoebe blossoming into a friendly girl who loves attention in the past few weeks. Her brother Magic is still a little unsure but enjoys a gentle stroke before he decides he’s has enough and walks away.

When a stranger first walks in, their reflex is to run and hide, but they then settle down when you spend time with them. They love their food, so a good way to win their trust is through their stomach!

This pair are going to need time to settle into a normal domestic home after starting their lives on a work site. Normal house noises are alien to them, so a settling in room for an extended period and someone with experience of nervous cats is needed.

Magic and Phoebe will need to be met a few times before they can be adopted, as this will help them have a level of trust with their new family, thus settling happily into new home.

Our cats are rescues, that have either been abandoned, stray, neglected or abused. All homes need to have a home check either by video call or in person and we will provide advice about caring for cats or kittens. This is also a chance for us to see what type of home you can offer to one of our cats and to best match a cat with your home and family.

Following a successful home visit, we will make an appointment for you to come and meet the cats at the shelter and adopt. If you have picked cat/s from the website, you will meet them on adoption day.

We are prioritising homes that are local to our centre and these are the Canning Town catchment areas: East London, parts of North London and parts of West Essex.

If you can offer a home to a harder to home cat, we will consider a home outside these areas.
