Little Gwen is 1 year old neutered female.

Chicklet & Salamander are a neutered female & male, both 9 months.

We could live with older calm children.
 We cannot live with dogs.
We could live with other cats.
We need a home with a garden.

Gwen, Chicklet and Salamander are such a little family unit now with a super sweet bond.

Gwen is a sweet mum to her two kittens. She does like her own space at times and she can get very nervous when people she doesn’t know are in the home. She requires a lot of time and patience to feel comfortable but she has come on leaps and bounds. She loves being patted and will come up to people she knows for head butts. Gwen loves playing with her toys, with her kittens and they will all often be found snuggling together.

Chicklet is probably the most curious cat of the three - she will boldly go up to people she doesn’t know well for pats and is very affectionate to humans although she doesn’t love being picked up but will snuggle up to you when on the sofa. She loves playing with her brother and mum and she is still her mums little shadow.

Salamander is the cheekiest of the three, treats cannot be left anywhere in reach as he will find a way to get into them and there have been a couple of times that I have found empty packets. He is like a little rag doll so he can be picked up which he likes for cuddles. He loves staring out of the window so that he can watch the birds, playing with toys and playing with his sister and mother.

Our cats are rescues, that have either been abandoned, stray, neglected or abused. All homes need to have a home check either by video call or in person and we will provide advice about caring for cats or kittens. This is also a chance for us to see what type of home you can offer to one of our cats and to best match a cat with your home and family.

Following a successful home visit, we will make an appointment for you to come and meet the cats at the shelter and adopt. If you have picked cat/s from the website, you will meet them on adoption day.

We are prioritising homes that are local to our centre and these are the Canning Town catchment areas: East London, parts of North London and parts of West Essex.

If you can offer a home to a harder to home cat, we will consider a home outside these areas.
