Volunteer Gardeners needed at our Greenacres Sanctuary

Are you a keen gardener who loves animals? We’re looking for green-fingered volunteers to help prune, tidy, and maintain the beautiful grounds of our Greenacres Sanctuary.

Set in over 100 acres of peaceful countryside, the sanctuary is home to around 120 resident cats who roam freely through our meadows and woodland. As you work, you’ll be surrounded by the gentle company of dozens of cat, many of whom will curiously follow you about your tasks.

We simply need help with general garden upkeep, trimming, pruning, and keeping the grounds looking neat and well loved. In return, we offer you the tranquil beauty of our sanctuary, the joyful presence of our rescued cats, and of course, plenty of tea and coffee.

If you enjoy working outdoors, like a bit of solitude or some feline companionship, and would love to make a difference in a peaceful setting, we’d love to hear from you.
