Volunteer Applications Update
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us
We currently have enough volunteers at our Lewisham and Canning Town branches, and are therefore pausing new applications for these locations.
We are still accepting volunteer applications for our Greenacres Sanctuary and Wadhurst charity shop.
Please keep an eye on this page for updates on when applications for Lewisham and Canning Town reopen.

We have a range of volunteering opportunities on offer – feeding and cleaning animals, fundraising, fostering animals, charity shop volunteers (Wadhurst only), home visiting, leaflet & poster design, and transporting animals.
We are seeking regular, reliable volunteers to assist with caring for our rescued cats. It is hard work but enjoyable – cleaning litter trays, cattery pens and cages, feeding the cats and a bit of playing with the cats as you work.
There are various shifts available – mornings, afternoons and evenings. For insurance reasons volunteers do need to be min age 18. We also need foster carers at all of our branches.
Please note: volunteering opportunities vary depending on our current needs and capacity. We may not always have roles available in every area, but we encourage interested applicants to check back or apply again in the future.
