These Lifeline points are turned into Pets at Home vouchers, which we receive quarterly and use to buy essential items like food, litter, treats, and toys. Many of the cats and kittens we care for have come from very difficult backgrounds, so proper nutrition and enrichment are vital to their rehabilitation and successful rehoming.

1. Log into the Pets at Home app
2. Tap the ‘Account’ icon in the top left corner
3. Select ‘My Account’
4. Scroll to ‘My Settings’ and tap ‘Update My Settings’
5. Tap ‘Edit’ on ‘Manage VIP Charity’
