I’m neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and have undergone a complete health check, so you can adopt me with full peace of mind.
Toe Bean is a 4-year-old girl looking for a loving new home. She was found in a very poor condition, struggling to walk and frightened of being approached. Our rescue team brought her in immediately so our vets could assess her injuries.
At some point in her life, Toe Bean suffered a severe injury to her paw which had healed badly, leaving it permanently deformed and unusable. We do not know how the injury happened, but by the time she came to us it had already healed incorrectly. She also had a fractured jaw. Thankfully, our veterinary team were able to repair her jaw, but sadly her front leg had to be amputated to ensure she could live comfortably and pain-free.
Toe Bean is still a very shy and nervous girl, but she is slowly building confidence with the people who care for her every day. She can become defensive with unfamiliar people, especially if approached too quickly, but this is purely fear-based. Once she feels safe, she enjoys gentle strokes and will come out to explore and wander around.
Toe Bean will need an indoor-only home where she can continue to feel safe and secure. She would like to live with another cat, and having a calm feline companion may even help build her confidence further. She would be best suited to an adult-only home with patient adopters who can give her the time and understanding she needs.
A member of our team will then contact you about your enquiry as soon as possible.
