Meet Merlot!

We really can't understand why gorgeous Merlot hasn't been snapped up yet!

This beautiful girl is around a year old and spent several months living as a stray on the streets before coming into our care. When the kind people who had been feeding her were preparing to move away, they contacted us to make sure she wouldn't be left behind.

Despite her difficult start, Merlot has always been a confident, friendly and affectionate little girl, but since moving into foster care, she's taken being loving to a whole new level!

She's blossomed into the most wonderful, purry, clingy lap cat you could ever hope to meet. Merlot absolutely adores human company and would happily spend her days curled up on your lap and her nights snuggled beside you in bed.

If you're looking for a devoted little companion who will shower you with affection and make sure your lap is never empty, Merlot could be your perfect match!

Merlot could happily live with children, but she'd prefer to be the only cat in the household so she can enjoy all the love and attention for herself. She'll also need a home with eventual access to the outdoors.

This gorgeous, affectionate girl has so much love to give. Surely there's someone out there with a Merlot-shaped space on their sofa and in their heart?
