Harry Potter

Harry Potter came into our care over a year ago as a deeply traumatised stray. Like so many cats who have struggled to survive on the streets, he was initially very defensive and made it clear that he did not trust people.

With plenty of patience, kindness and time, Harry has gradually learned that he is safe. He is now a very friendly boy who loves attention and enjoys rubbing around our legs whenever we enter his pen. He can still have the occasional moment when he forgets his manners, but he has made incredible progress and is now ready to find a home of his own.

Harry needs someone patient and understanding who will give him time to feel secure. Once settled, we believe he will become a fantastic and affectionate companion.

He would prefer to be the only pet in his new home and would be best suited to an adult-only household, although he could potentially live with sensible older teenagers.

Harry will need access to his own garden. He currently spends his days sitting on his funny little deckchair, watching the world outside, and is clearly longing for a safe outdoor space where he can explore and play.
