I’m neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and have undergone a complete health check, so you can adopt me with full peace of mind.
Bourbon and her now 16 week old daughter Jammie are seeking an experienced adult home together. Bourbon was living stray or abandoned when she gave birth to her kittens in a garden, sadly three kittens did not survive so Jammie is Bourbon's only kitten.
Bourbon and Jammie are in the care of a foster home......
Updated information 23rd Nov:
"Jammie is a typical tortie teenager. Everything is done at a million miles an hour and she loves climbing curtains and getting on the wall shelves. She has the extra judgmental look of a true tortie. As a teenager, she’s far too busy to be picked up and cuddled but when you do get hold of her she dissolves into purrs. She does also sometimes forget herself and will come and sit next to you staring into your soul until you play with her. You can’t see it from this photo but the end of her tail is pure ginger and very cute.
Bourbon is extremely cuddly, borderline needy. She is a bit more complicated as she is quite demanding and can get over stimulated. All she wants is fuss (and food) so it’s a very easy fix but she wants things her way and to her timetable. She will occasionally chomp my finger gently to remind me that I didn’t pick her up fast enough for her liking. She will follow your feet and look like she might be thinking about going for them, but picking her up and kissing her head usually solves the problem. She is a bit domineering as well and although she is fine with my other cats, they have clearly decided to let her have her way for an easy life (but my cats are middle aged, male wusses). She is a beautiful, sleek, glossy little madam."
Bourbon and Jammie are seeking an adult home with access to a garden.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
Because our cats are rescued we do like to meet potential adopters this can either be at your home (home visit) or via a video call e.g WhatsApp this is an informal visit to provide advice about caring for cats or kittens e.g health care, feeding, settling in and also an opportunity for us to feel reassured that you could provide a good home.
Following a successful home assessment we can make an appointment for you to come and meet our cats.
We are prioritising homes that are local to our centres. Lewisham Branch Homing catchment area: All SE London and BR (Bromley) postcodes. Also N.Kent (Welling, Bexley, Sidcup, Swanley, Dartford), Croydon and SW London (SW8, SW9, SW2, SW11, SW4, SW12, SW16) If you can offer a home to a 'harder to rehome' cat we will consider homes outside our usual rehoming areas.
Our Rescue Centre reception is also open every Saturday and Sunday afternoon between 1p.m and 5p.m for potential adopters to drop in to meet us for an initial chat about adopting one or more of our cats. Our address is 233-235, Lewisham Way SE4 1UY - please bring a donation of cat food to help us feed our rescue cats.
A member of our team will then contact you about your enquiry as soon as possible.
