Kitty and Parsnip

I’m neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and have undergone a complete health check, so you can adopt me with full peace of mind.

Kitty and Parsnip

Kitty and her daughter Parsnip are sadly in need of a new home as a result of a family member developing a severe cat allergy.  They have tried many different ways to try and live with this but are really struggling and the cats do need a new home.  They were adopted from us 4 years ago and have been much loved family pets since then. They are still in their current home with the aim of us being able to find a new home for them to go directly to rather than having to come into the rescue centre.

"Kitty (mum) is 6 years old, low maintenance and great with kids. She's very friendly and likes a cuddle but equally happy having a snooze or going on an adventure around the block. Parsnip (daughter) is 4 years old and more independent. She loves being outside, but always comes home for dinner and a play in the evenings. They would suit a home together with access to a garden. ADOPTION PROCESS:

Because our cats are rescued we do like to meet potential adopters this can either be at your home (home visit) or via a video call e.g WhatsApp this is an informal visit to provide advice about caring for cats or kittens e.g health care, feeding, settling in and also an opportunity for us to feel reassured that you could provide a good home.

Following a successful home assessment we can make an appointment for you to come and meet our cats.

We are prioritising homes that are local to our centres. Lewisham Branch Homing catchment area: All SE London and BR (Bromley) postcodes. Also N.Kent (Welling, Bexley, Sidcup, Swanley, Dartford), Croydon and SW London (SW8, SW9, SW2, SW11, SW4, SW12, SW16) If you can offer a home to a 'harder to rehome' cat we will consider homes outside our usual rehoming areas.

Our Rescue Centre reception is also open every Saturday and Sunday afternoon between 1p.m and 5p.m for potential adopters to drop in to meet us for an initial chat about adopting one or more of our cats. Our address is 233-235, Lewisham Way SE4 1UY - please bring a donation of cat food to help us feed our rescue cats.
