Lucky Star is a beautiful 9½-year-old neutered female who is looking for a loving new home following the heartbreaking loss of her owner.

Having spent her entire life with one person, the sudden change was incredibly overwhelming for Lucky Star. Arriving at the shelter was a frightening experience, and at first she was too scared to let anyone near her. Our team has patiently spent months earning her trust, showing her that she is safe and cared for.

Slowly but surely, Lucky Star has begun to let her guard down. One of the first signs of her growing confidence was when she started to play with us, and it was such a special moment to see her personality beginning to shine through. She now enjoys gentle attention from the staff and happily melts into fuss and affection from the people she trusts.

Lucky Star is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. She could live as an indoor-only cat or in a home with access to a secure, safe garden. She would need to be the only cat in the home and is looking for an adult-only household with no children.
