A mountain of Purrfectly Crafted: The Great Mouse Donation

Our rescue centres have recently been treated to an incredible surprise, boxes overflowing with hand-knitted cat toys, lovingly made by the wonderful readers of Woman’s Weekly magazine.

Every year, Woman’s Weekly’s talented community takes part in a special craft campaign, and this year they’ve taken things to a whole new level, attempting to break a Guinness World Record for the most knitted and crocheted toy mice ever made!

We’re absolutely blown away by the generosity, creativity, and care that’s gone into every single one. Our rescue cats have been having the best time pouncing, playing, and snuggling up with their new toys, it’s been pure joy to watch!

A huge thank you to Woman’s Weekly, Mary Bird, and every wonderful reader who picked up a needle and yarn to make magic for our cats. Your kindness has truly made their world a little brighter.
