Delivery Information

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES APPLY

  • Courier and handling charges are a flat-rate of £3.95 for UK deliveries.
  • Celia Hammond Animal Trust takes no responsibility for orders lost or damaged in the post.
  • If you would like to request recorded delivery please call head office before placing your order on 01892 783367 (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm).
  • We are unable to add delivery instructions to parcels sent with our standard shipping. If you would like to add special instructions please call 01892 783367 or email headoffice@celiahammond.org, £2 fee applies to cover the additional charges with another courier service - this may vary depending on the size of your order.

ORDER PROCESS AND DISPATCH
Once we have received your order, your items will be dispatched from Celia Hammond Animal Trust Head Office, High Street, Wadhurst, TN56AG within 5 working days on 2nd class delivery or equivalent. 

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If items within your order have suddenly become unavailable or are out of stock (this can be due to postal orders) we will contact you immediately to notify you when the item will be back in stock and when it will be dispatched should it exceed 5 working days (excluding weekends).

COLLECTIONS AVAILABLE FROM WADHURST ONLY
If you would like to request the option to collect your items from Wadhurst Charity Shop (High Street, Wadhurst, TN5 6AG) please call Head Office before placing your order on 01892 783367 (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm) and we will give you a coupon code to discount the standard shipping charges to your order. Please note collection is available Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 2pm. You will be notified of when your items are ready for collection.

We promise to keep the product description on any items labelled with 'Coming Soon' updated with when we hope to make them available for you to buy, this can change so we recommend checking back to see if they have become available or a later date has been advised.
