We took in twenty nine cats after their owners home was repossessed.

Their owners had not neutered their cats and numbers had got completely out of of control. The cats aged 5 months upwards were all unneutered and many have symptoms of cat flu. Their owners had given away / sold any younger kittens.

Our vets have treated, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped all the cats.  Initially shy theses cats have grown in confidence and one by one have become much more friendly with our staff and volunteers.

Theses cats are seeking new homes in a minimum of pairs and will require homes with gardens.

UPDATE March 19: We are still seeking new homes for 6 cats from this group - they have now been with us since the Summer of 2018.  These remaining 6 cats are the slightly #harder to rehome' cats from this group.  They are generally a little shier and will need patient adult homes.

Lou- a tabby/ tortie is approx 4 years old, the friendliest of the bunch, once you are stroking her she purrs and enjoys having a fuss made of her.  River is a petite very pretty calico tortie, approx 18 months old she is still quite shy of human contact. Corey is also about 18 months old, a small ginger/white he is inquisitive and is starting to enjoy having having a fuss made of him. Hudson is a large approx 4 year old tabby male, he likes to warn people off with a hiss but its all noise and he can be stroked - he will need a little time and patience. Kaden and Lake are stunning ginger boys who are still quite wary of being stroked and will need some time and patience.
