Mo and Fergie were originally rescued as shy stray kittens in 2012. They were with us a long time and were eventually adopted as shy young adults along with their brother who has since passed away. Very sadly Mo and Fergie's owner has now passed away so they are in need of a new home.
These much loved cats are now 9 years old. Fergie is a very beautiful white/tabby/tortie female cat and her sister Mo is tabby/white. They have so far lived as indoor only cats with access to a cat proof roof garden, they could be homed to another spacious indoor only home or a home with a garden.
They are shy cats, Mo is interested in people and likes to play and does interact, she can be stroked on her own terms. Fergie cannot be stroked although is quite relaxed near to people. They are used to a calm adult only home.
These cats will be rehomed under our Long Term Foster scheme whereby we will continue to provide their veterinary care and will also assist with helping to bring them for any vet appointments.
They are currently being fed in their home by friends and family but need moving before Christmas.

CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 SITUATION and cat adoptions.
The coronavirus pandemic does mean that we have had to alter our usual homing procedures. Pre-coronavirus we would meet potential adopters in their homes (home visit) this was an informal visit to provide advice about caring for cats or kittens e.g health care, feeding, settling in and also an opportunity for us to feel reassured that you could provide a good home. We have replaced our usual home visit with a video call via What'sApp or similar to provide the same advice and so that you can also show us the cat relevant areas of your home e.g garden, location of a cat flap etc.
Following a successful home assessment we can make an appointment for you to come and meet our cats.
We are prioritising homes that are local to our centres. Lewisham Branch Homing catchment area: All SE London and BR (Bromley) postcodes. Also N.Kent (Welling, Bexley, Sidcup, Swanley, Dartford), Croydon and SW London (SW8, SW9, SW2, SW11, SW4, SW12, SW16) If you can offer a home to a 'harder to rehome' cat we will consider homes outside our usual rehoming areas.
