Hullabaloo and Lockley are a sweet pair of cats that are looking for a home together.
Hullabaloo was signed over to us after a member of the family became allergic. He is one of the most loving and cuddly cats you could ever meet. He sits on our shoulder and purrs loudly in our ears while trying to get as close as possible to our face for attention. He will jump from a shelve right onto your shoulder or back with no warning, so you have to be prepared when you walk into their pen and be ready to be jumped upon for cuddles.
Lockley was found in a park, extremely scared; the poor boy was terrified when he first arrived but over time, his confidence has grown and he follows Hullabaloo around and gets stressed when he can’t see him. Lockley goes though moods with people where sometimes he wants attention and at other times he doesn’t want to be touched. He is always wanting to play, LOVES his feather toys and will carry them around making sure none of his other friends can take them.
This sweet pair are living with a few other cats and they all love attention and fuss, so Lockley does get pushed back a lot and he may become a lot more social with people when he gets into a home and its just him and Hullabaloo.
The pair have had cat flu since being with us, which has left Hullabaloo with some staining around his eyes and both of them can sneeze from time to time. It is most likely rhinitis and this can be a life long thing, where most of the time they won’t need medication they will always need their yearly flu vaccination boosters.
This pair are excellent escape artists and don’t have much sense and will just run as soon as they hear the door to their pen open; they will need to go to a home with a safe garden.

Our cats are rescues, that have either been abandoned, stray, neglected or abused. All homes need to have a home check either by video call or in person and we will provide advice about caring for cats or kittens. This is also a chance for us to see what type of home you can offer to one of our cats and to best match a cat with your home and family.
Following a successful home visit, we will make an appointment for you to come and meet the cats at the shelter and adopt. If you have picked cat/s from the website, you will meet them on adoption day.
We are prioritising homes that are local to our centre and these are the Canning Town catchment areas: East London, parts of North London and parts of West Essex.
If you can offer a home to a harder to home cat, we will consider a home outside these areas.
