We are both 1 year old.
We are a neutered female and neutered male.
We cannot live with children and need an adult only home.
 We cannot live with dogs.
We cannot live with other cats.
We need a home with a garden.

Ari (female, tabby and white) and Loki (male, black and white) were abandoned by their owner.  This brother and sister were heartbroken and stressed when they arrived at the shelter.

They spent the first few days hiding away and hissing at us but with time and patience, they now trust us and are getting braver each day.

Ari is the bravest of the two; she now comes over to us and rubs around our legs seeking fuss and lots of the attention.  She was very skinny but is now putting on weight.  She also has some areas where her fur is thin or missing; she should be a long haired cat but at the moment she has hardly has any fur on her hips, legs and tail.  This could be due to a flea allergy as when they came in they were covered in fleas.  Regular flea treatment should prevent this happening again and her fur should grow back normally.

Loki is a shy boy who will hide away and happily let Ari take all the attention. He can still give a little hiss when you first go into their pen but he settles down and now is starting to lean into strokes.

Our cats are rescues, that have either been abandoned, stray, neglected or abused. All homes need to have a home check either by video call or in person and we will provide advice about caring for cats or kittens. This is also a chance for us to see what type of home you can offer to one of our cats and to best match a cat with your home and family.

Following a successful home visit, we will make an appointment for you to come and meet the cats at the shelter and adopt. If you have picked cat/s from the website, you will meet them on adoption day.

We are prioritising homes that are local to our centre and these are the Canning Town catchment areas: East London, parts of North London and parts of West Essex.

If you can offer a home to a harder to home cat, we will consider a home outside these areas.
