Gerri is a big boy of around 4 years of age. He can be a bit grumpy and sometimes hisses and growls but he never lashes out or attacks.  His attitude is very likely to change once he is a home with "his" people. He has already warmed up to some of our staff and volunteers and enjoys a bit of a tickle around the ears.

Unfortunately Gerri suffers from seizures. These are now controlled by medication, phenobarbital, twice daily in his food. Occasionally these seizures still happen and last about 2 to 3 minutes but the medication really helps.

Gerri is seeking a loving foster home close to our clinic so he can be brought in for check ups and medication review every 3 to 4 months. If anyone is interested in this lovely big boy please get and in touch so we can discuss his situation in more detail. Gerri will need a very rescue minded patient fosterer

Gerri would ideally like a home whereby he has safe outdoor access.

Please note that any of our foster cats need to be placed in close proximity to one of our London clinics as they need to be checked on a regular basis. Ideally the fosterer should have a car or access to a car to bring the cat into the clinic, as a journey by public transport would be too stressful for the cat.

I will need an adult home

I have not been tested with a dog

I am not bothered about other cats but totally fine with them

I would like access to a safe outdoor space
